Production and Management of Grains
At Martsville Agriculture Division, grain production is at the heart of our mission to drive food security and empower smallholder farmers across Nigeria. We specialize in the cultivation and management of staple grains such as maize, rice, sorghum, and millet, ensuring that farmers not only achieve higher yields but also benefit from sustainable farming practices.
Our grain production model combines modern techniques with traditional knowledge, giving farmers the tools and guidance they need to maximize output. Through soil testing, improved seed varieties, mechanized farming support, and irrigation solutions, we help farmers increase productivity while protecting soil health and the environment.
In addition to production, Martsville provides end-to-end management support. From planting to harvest, our extension agents work alongside farmers to deliver hands-on training, introduce good agricultural practices (GAP), and deploy innovative technologies for efficiency. We also assist with storage, processing, and packaging, ensuring grains maintain premium quality from farm to market.
By integrating farm management with market access, Martsville not only improves the quality and quantity of grain production but also guarantees that farmers benefit financially. This holistic approach creates stability for farming families, strengthens rural economies, and contributes to Nigeria’s broader goal of achieving food sufficiency
